How You Will Make an Impact
We serve a customer base seeking luxury, value, and world-class service. As an Coordinator, People & Culture, you will be one of the primary team members responsible for greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive at the office extending world-class hospitality and ensuring each guest has a memorable experience.

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
  • Answering incoming phone calls in an extremely courteous, enthusiastic, and professional manner
  • Identify guests’ needs, clarify information, and offer assistance and support
  • Greet incoming visitors and vendors and provide a high level of hospitality and knowledge
  • Serve as a point of communication for building vendors

Skills Needed to Win:

  • Ability to effectively manage time and to meet and exceed targets
  • A strong desire to succeed
  • Focus on providing all customers an exceptional experience, prior experience is preferred
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e. a “people person”)
  • Computer, email and internet proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Pride in how you present yourself to others
  • A strong desire to win in a competitive environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
  • Fluency in foreign languages a plus
